Linda Yang

Linda joined Magnum in 2014, beginning as an onsite administrator and making her way to the head office team in 2016. Her role entails managing contracts and data, facilitating communication between Magnum’s clients and purchasers and realtors, and providing guidance to clients on closing preparation, all of which allows her to close 3000 units on average a year. Before devoting her career to the real estate industry, Linda earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UBC.

After earning her Bachelor’s degree from SFU, Jenny entered the real estate industry, passing her broker’s licensing exam and joining the Magnum team in 2015. At Magnum, Jenny brings her keen attention to detail and analytical mind to her role, reviewing all contracts for completeness, preparing and recording commissioning reports and other documents, and preparing trust cheques to outside brokerages and in-house sales agents. Contributing to over 30 projects during her time at Magnum, Jenny has enjoyed getting to know the Magnum family and to help facilitate the success of visionary projects in the community. She is currently pursuing continuing studies to upgrade her license to that of an Associate Broker.

Vivian joined the Magnum family in early 2022. With a track record as an accomplished and results-oriented CPA, Vivian has delivered high-impact solutions in accounting practices and business operations across multiple industries. She has extensive experience in leading high-performing financial teams in seamlessly devising, planning, developing, and launching process enhancements to streamline operations. By deploying updated accounting software and implementing strategically agile financial management tools, Vivian enhances organizational accountability and transparency. At Magnum, Vivian brings her passion for process optimization projects, including digitized systems and paperless records management, as well as risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
