After earning her Bachelor’s degree from SFU, Jenny entered the real estate industry, passing her broker’s licensing exam and joining the Magnum team in 2015. At Magnum, Jenny brings her keen attention to detail and analytical mind to her role, reviewing all contracts for completeness, preparing and recording commissioning reports and other documents, and preparing trust cheques to outside brokerages and in-house sales agents. Contributing to over 30 projects during her time at Magnum, Jenny has enjoyed getting to know the Magnum family and to help facilitate the success of visionary projects in the community. She is currently pursuing continuing studies to upgrade her license to that of an Associate Broker.

She has extensive experience in leading high-performing financial teams in seamlessly devising, planning, developing, and launching process enhancements to streamline operations. By deploying updated accounting software and implementing strategically agile financial management tools, Vivian enhances organizational accountability and transparency. At Magnum, Vivian brings her passion for process optimization projects, including digitized systems and paperless records management, as well as risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
