The Vision
One Burrard Place launched in the fall of 2015 in a busy marketplace full of competitive offerings. The price expectation exceeded the established market price by over 40%. Instead of approaching the building as a singular offering in a mixed-use development, we had to find ways to truly elevate the offering and inspire prospective buyers. Our vision was to take luxurious living to the next level, introducing to Vancouver an unparalleled level of amenities designed to meet the aspirations of our sophisticated buyers.
